What are B vitamins responsible for?

B vitamins are the first link necessary for the absorption of other vitamins and elements, for the creation of many other substances necessary for the functioning of organs and systems, in order for the body to be nourished and to clean itself. Long story short – for the body to function properly. They are responsible for:
– the digestion of proteins, fats and carbohydrates; regulating the production of gastric juice; in part for the creation of enzymes (for example, vitamin B6 is a co-enzyme to over a hundred enzymes) – an effective digestion is impossible without them;
– the absorption of other vitamins, including D and C, and elements like iron and magnesium;
– memory and cognition, ease symptoms of stress, are anti-depressants – the functioning of the nervous system depends on them;
– reducing fatigue and ageing;
– the state of the mucous membranes, respiratory tracts, eyes, skin and hair;
– controlling the muscles, respiratory system, brain and heart functioning, blood pressure;
– the immune system, the production of antibodies and red blood cells;
– the levels of oxygen in the body, detoxication of the kidneys and liver, reducing the toxicity of medication, preventing cancer, the healing of wounds; prevent Candida from turning into a fungus form;
– the production of hormones, reducing PMS symptoms, aiding the thyroid, preventing birth defects of the fetus.
As you can see, a deficit of B vitamins can be the primary cause of practically any condition or illness, because it causes a deficiency of other substances and hinders the body’s functioning. What’s more, such deficiencies are inherited – the state of the mother’s body during pregnancy (and that includes her intestinal flora, which she passes down to the child at birth) determines the starting point for the child’s body. Without a sufficient amount of B vitamins in your diet, which has unfortunately become the standard nowadays, we are doomed to suffer digestive issues, heartburn, kidney stones, excessive weight, inflammation of the joints, permanent fatigue, irritation or depression, insomnia, hormonal imbalances, poor disease resistance and cancer. I’m convinced that many sudden and unexplainable deaths can have their sources in deep deficiencies of necessary substances dependent on B vitamins. I noticed that the larger the deficiency of B vitamins and the substances dependent on them, the harder it is for the body to handle external threats such as viruses, bacteria, fungi and toxins. It may then react with being overly sensitive to vaccines, drugs, medicine, surgery etc., accompanied by symptoms like nausea, airlessness, sweating, faster heartbeat, stiffness of the muscles, sight problems, itchiness, swelling, headaches, loss of consciousness. The body may not be able to handle the situation and the sudden exhaustion of magnesium, which is an electrolyte, will cause cardiac arrest or other irreversible damage. Maybe this was the case with a young woman, who had lost consciousness and died after a Kambo ceremony, which was meant to clear her body with the secretion of an Amazonian frog, phyllomedusa bicolor. That secretion is a toxin. In small doses it works by mobilizing the body to rapidly cleanse itself by getting rid of this and other toxins. But it’s enough for the body to be previously deprived of B vitamins and the substances that depend on them, for example by combining multiple actions which use them up (even those appearing innocuous, such as detox, a diet high in protein or physical exertion) and in a critical situation it won’t be able to stand up to the challenge and go into anaphylactic shock. The aforementioned woman was diagnosed with severe electrolyte imbalances, which were not straightened out despite her being given electrolytes. This confirms my observations, that in the case of a severe B vitamin deficiency it’s impossible to “smuggle” the substances dependent on those vitamins, such as magnesium into the body – they will not be absorbed, but excreted, which means that supplementing them will paradoxically cause the deficiency to increase.
